Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
🛠 Processing Time
Most of our items are made to order, including personalized and custom pieces.
Standard processing time:
3–7 business days (not including weekends or holidays)
During peak seasons (holidays, sales, special launches), processing times may extend slightly. If there is ever a delay, we will communicate with you directly.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times after processing:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
📍 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping notification.
🏡 Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If you are local to the Erie, PA area and local pickup is available for your item, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
📦 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
