📦 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order! Because our shop carries a mix of made-to-order (print-on-demand) items and handmade/custom products, our return policy varies slightly depending on what you purchased.


✅ Eligible for Return/Exchange

Non-custom, non-POD items (such as ready-to-ship accessories, apparel, or gifts) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds/exchanges will be processed once the item is received.


❌ Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Customized or Personalized Items (engraved, embroidered, monogrammed, or otherwise made specifically for you)

  • Print-on-Demand Products (shirts and other items) that are produced after your order is placed (If you're not sure if something is POD and eligible for return/refund, just send us an email: theboutiquebysarah@gmail.com)

  • Any item returned in worn/used condition

Please double-check all size charts, product details, and personalization information before completing your order.


🛠️ Defects & Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/size/design), we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund.


🚫 Order Cancellations

  • POD and customized products go into production quickly, so cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

  • For ready-to-ship items, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
