Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Personalized items may take slightly longer depending on the level of customization.

During holidays and peak seasons, processing times may extend — we’ll always do our best to communicate clearly.


Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days (Standard U.S. Shipping)

  • Expedited options available at checkout

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Local Pickup (Erie Area)

We offer free local pickup for customers in the Erie area.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


🎁 Personalized Orders

Because many of our products are custom-made just for you:

  • Please carefully review all personalization details before submitting your order.

  • We copy and paste exactly what you enter (including spelling and punctuation).

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production begins.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered.

Non-Personalized Items

Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.


Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of these products, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There was an error on our end

If something isn’t right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.


📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos immediately

  2. Email us within 3 days

  3. We’ll work quickly to resolve it

If a package is marked delivered but you don’t see it:

  • Check with neighbors

  • Check your local post office

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)

We are not responsible for carrier delays but will always try to help.
